Very average experience and very disappointed as it was not satisfying upto the mark. Daily maintenance and cleanliness can be improved better. The toiletries are not sufficient for the guest. Breakfast was good but the items are very less compared to other hotels. Need to add some more items in the breakfast buffet.

Glad it was a short stay. Just for an experience. Would never come back. Pros -good hot shower -comfortable bed Cons -only one slow elevator to the shopping mall -dark strange reception -zero standard of customer service -frequent power cut -noizy music just downstairs till 12am -after the noizy music ends, noizy tv or whatever receptionist watches whole night -broken hair dryer -strange doormy dark desk light

Hotel Reception staff should follow 100% our request. In Business trip during check out I gave my Business card requested to follow accordingly in my billing address. But during checking our company accounts they mark as wrong address. For that I suffer a lot in office, even my whole bill is withhold now getting reminder everyday on advanced clearance.

Had a fantastic stay at this property which is attached to the largest Mall in Chennai. If your coming to chennai for shopping this is a must place to stay. Airport is nearby which takes only 30 minutes. They arranged us the airport drop too. Staffs are very kind and attentive. Adjoined Mall has all sort of shops including well known restaurants.
